This simple device checks the performance of the sim (server) where it is running.
It works with only rezzing it out of the inventory. It looks fine if placed over an office or reception desktop.
It has 4 prims and shows the sim performance through two vertical bars wich grow or decrease height size depending on how good the performance is. Two values are measured; "Frames per Second" and "Time Dilation". It also changes the bar color depending on the performance, going from green for better performance to red when low performance.
The Sim Performance checker is continuosly checking the performance creating a nice effect, changing colors and sizes all the time, attracting your attention. An scale behind the bars shows the percentage of the performance for those two values.
When touched, the sim performance checker, reports the sim performance and delivers an AW Devices Landmark with some information.
