It's about a funny avatar height detector. It has an Angelina Jolie Caricature texture, which you can change since it has modify permission. In order to know your height you only have to touch it, as the floating text explains.
The owner is able to change the language it speaks among 7 different languages. Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. It also lets the owner to make it "NO lag". Just touch it again and you will see a menu with the languages buttons and another button "NO Lag". If you want to change the language again just touch it once again. Remeber to make it NO Lag after that.
Since it has copy permission enabled, you could put one detector in every language if you want, wich is not expensive in prims terms, as it is only 1 prim each.
It has an special feature, besides the language option, which already makes the difference with other freebie height detectors. It is that Angelina grows to the same height as the avatar who touched her during some seconds while she says in chat channel the height in meters and feet, of course in the right language.
